Senior Project Manager
(Virginia & Maryland)

Senior Project Manager is only for the most experienced and motivated individuals driven to attain the highest level of knowledge and compensation in the door and hardware industry. This is a full commissioned position with a very aggressive percentage of gross profit on the projects managed. Starting with a guaranteed six figure salary, a senior project manager is expected to build their compensation to over $200,000 within 24 months with unlimited future earning potential. Candidates must have 5-7 years experience in the door and hardware industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new door opening business with general contractors
  • Identify market opportunities and develop and implement market strategies
  • Quote, sell, and manage contract construction projects of any size or complexity
  • Establish and maintain relationships with architects and contractors

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5-7 years experience in door and hardware project management
  • AHC or equivalent experience
  • Access Control experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven sales record
Regional Sales Representative
(Western Virginia)

Regional Sales Representatives are field representatives that serve facility owners and managers with their door, hardware, and security needs. Sales Reps are responsible for a defined geographic area and must be able to diagnose door opening problems and recommend effective solutions to end-user customers in their area. This position is for the knowledgeable, experienced individual who does not like sitting behind a desk, but wants to be in front of his customers. Our highly motivated reps are full commissioned and expected to produce a minimum six figure commission within 18 months.  We are currently looking for managers for the Northern Virginia and North Western Virginia (I-81 and I-66 corridors) regions.  Sales Reps must reside in the areas they service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new door opening and security business with facility owners and managers
  • Maintain existing customer accounts and manage customer orders
  • Survey customer needs and prepare estimates and quotations
  • Aggressively follow up proposals and sales leads
  • Manage assigned territory to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Training through DHI programs or door and hardware manufacturers
  • Thorough knowledge of doors and hardware with 5 years minimum experience
  • Outside sales experience including “cold calling”
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Electronic Security Technician
(Northern Virginia)

Electronic Security Technician will install, program, test, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage electronic access control and video security systems and products. Technician must be able to run and install wire, read floor plans and electrical diagrams, mount system panels and devices and wire circuits and electrical connections for access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems. Use of laptop and some programming will be necessary. This is not an entry level position.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience as an Electronic Security Technician
  • Low voltage experience including electrical wiring, electronics installation and mechanical equipment installation.
  • DCJS certified Electronic Security Technician.
  • Experience or certification in AMAG, RS2, Vanderbilt, Lenel, Avigilon or similar major access control or video security systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to spend 1-4 nights out of town up to 6 times per year.
  • Outstanding customer service and good communication skills.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs, bend, stoop, climb ladders and tolerate heights as needed.
